This Privacy Policy explains how Adsazon collects, uses, and protects your personal data. Adsazon is operated by Aydanoglu Global LLC.
Information we collect
Account information (email, name), Amazon Ads connection data (campaigns, products, performance metrics), usage data (session logs, IP address, device info), payment data (via Stripe — card details are never stored on our servers).
How we use your data
Service delivery, AI recommendation generation, performance analytics, account security, legal compliance (GDPR Article 6, Turkish Tax Procedure Law Article 253).
Data retention
Active account data is retained while your account is active. On account deletion, after a 7-day grace period, personal identifiable information (PII) is anonymized. Billing and audit records are retained for 7 years (Turkish Tax Procedure Law Article 253).
Your rights (GDPR Article 15-22 / KVKK Article 11)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability. Account deletion: Settings → Account → Danger Zone. Other requests: support@adsazon.com.
Third-party services
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Anthropic Claude (AI processing). All providers are GDPR compliant.
