Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Adsazon collects, uses, stores, and protects your data. Adsazon is operated by Aydanoglu Global LLC.
Information we collect
Adsazon may process account information (email, name), Amazon Ads and Amazon Selling Partner API connection data (campaigns, products, catalog metadata, keywords, search terms, marketplace identifiers, and performance metrics), usage data (session logs, IP address, device information), and payment data through Stripe. Card details are never stored on Adsazon servers.
Amazon seller data
With the seller's explicit authorization, Adsazon processes Amazon seller account data from Amazon Ads API and Amazon Selling Partner API. This may include advertising campaigns, keyword/search-term performance, catalog/product metadata, marketplace identifiers, and performance metrics. Adsazon uses this data to provide campaign analysis, listing optimization, AI-generated insights, recommendation workflows, approval queues, and seller dashboards.
No Amazon buyer PII
Adsazon does not retrieve, store, or send to AI providers Amazon customer names, shipping addresses, customer contact details, buyer PII, delivery information, or other sensitive customer personal data. Adsazon is focused on seller advertising, product/catalog, and performance data.
How we use your data
Adsazon uses data to provide the service, generate AI recommendations, analyze performance, protect accounts, create seller-approved action workflows, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Data retention and deletion
Active account and Amazon seller data are retained while your account is active. If you disconnect Amazon or request account deletion, related access tokens and seller connection records are deleted or disabled. On account deletion, after a 7-day grace period, personal account data is anonymized or deleted. Billing and audit records may be retained for legally required periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. Account deletion can be initiated inside the application. For other requests, contact support@adsazon.com or privacy@adsazon.com.
Service providers and subprocessors
Adsazon does not sell seller data or disclose it for independent third-party use. Adsazon uses service providers/subprocessors to operate the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic Claude (AI insight and recommendation generation). Credentials, refresh tokens, and Amazon buyer PII are not sent to Anthropic.
