These Terms of Service govern your use of Adsazon. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
Service description
Adsazon is an AI-powered advertising management platform for Amazon sellers. It provides campaign optimization, keyword suggestions, automation rules, and performance analytics.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account, the confidentiality of your password, and all activity that occurs through your account. Notify support@adsazon.com immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription and payment
Your subscription renews monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Payment begins after the 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the current period.
Usage limits
You may not exceed your plan's AI call quota. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, in ways that disrupt other users' access, or for reverse engineering. Compliance with Amazon's Terms of Service is your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
Adsazon does not guarantee the outcomes of AI recommendations. Campaign decisions are yours. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from temporary service interruptions.
Account termination
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Danger Zone. A 7-day grace period applies. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
