Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Adsazon. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
Service description
Adsazon is a SaaS platform for Amazon sellers that provides advertising analysis, campaign optimization, listing optimization, keyword opportunities, AI-generated insights, and approval-based action recommendations. Unfinished or roadmap modules are not represented as publicly operational and are controlled at the backend before activation.
Amazon authorization
Amazon Ads API or Amazon Selling Partner API connections are established only with the seller's explicit authorization. A seller may disconnect Amazon or initiate account deletion from inside the application. Adsazon accesses Amazon account data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Seller approval and Amazon actions
Adsazon may generate AI-assisted recommendations; however, actions that affect Amazon require seller approval, authorization, and an applicable integration. Adsazon must not perform silent or unauthorized Amazon actions. Roadmap modules such as pricing, inventory, finance, fulfillment, or similar features are reviewed before activation.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account, the confidentiality of your password, and all activity through your account. Notify support@adsazon.com or security@adsazon.com immediately of any unauthorized access.
Subscription and payment
Your subscription renews monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Trial, cancellation, and payment terms are governed by the plan terms shown in the application. Payments are processed through Stripe; card details are never stored on Adsazon servers.
Use restrictions
You may not use the service in violation of law, Amazon policies, or the rights of other users. You may not use the service for reverse engineering, unauthorized access, scraping, malicious automation, or access to another seller's data.
Limitation of liability
Adsazon does not guarantee the outcome of AI recommendations or campaign analysis. You remain responsible for final campaign, listing, and account decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsazon is not liable for indirect damages.
Account termination and deletion
You may delete your account or disconnect Amazon from inside the application. A grace period may apply after account deletion; after that period, account and seller connection data is deleted or anonymized. Billing and audit records may be retained where legally required.
